The trip to the Cloisters was terrific. (http://thirdagetraveler.blogspot.com/2007/07/cloisters-medieval-art.html) This is one of the premier collections of medieval art, and the Cloisters is comprised of several monasteries brought and reconstructed here. The view across the Hudson is pristine as any property that would mar the vista was bought to be kept undeveloped in perpetuity.
If you haven’t been there, choose a beautiful day, and I guarantee you will love it. Spring is here, and it is the perfect season to enjoy the beauty of Riverside Park and glorious views of the Hudson.
